PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING

Cancellation & Refund PolicyWe understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to work with families when unexpected circumstances arise.Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund of all payments made.Cancellations made within 3–7 days of the scheduled event date will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 50% is retained to help cover preparation, scheduling, materials, and other costs associated with your reservation.No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled event date. At this point, materials, staffing, travel, and preparation may already have been arranged specifically for your event.Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.If Four Seasons of Play, LLC must cancel an event due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will work with the client to reschedule the event or determine an appropriate refund or credit based on the circumstances.By booking an event with Four Seasons of Play, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the cancellation and refund policy outlined above.
